Following a four-day wait, I received confirmation from Samsung customer care that One UI 7 is not yet available in New Zealand; however, a specific timeline remains unavailable.

Samsung busy posting ads in community but can't be bothered to provide a date for an update. Lack of communication is just ridiculous.

Samsung have been pathetic with this roll-out. It's been a farce and they have show disdain for customers with their communication. This is my last Samsung device. I cannot reward poor service.
