One UI 7 update is yet not planned for NZ

Following a four-day wait, I received confirmation from Samsung customer care that One UI 7 is not yet available in New Zealand; however, a specific timeline remains unavailable.

And a month later, s24 users are the only ones with the update. Funny, samsung nz did state that it would be available in the coming weeks....but I am sure they meant months or years
