I am confused because it's nearly mid Feb and no updates :( Ugh, I'm so impatient waiting for the One UI 7 update! 😩 Anyone else in Australia 🇦🇺 still waiting? I keep hearing rumors about carrier delays, which is super frustrating. Seriously, I need this update in my life. Hopefully, it'll drop soon so I can finally enjoy all the new features!
If you're talking about getting the update on a device not from this year, everyone in Australia is waiting. Not just you. And yes, if your device is Carrier Locked, you may experience delays (particularly with telstra).
Seriously, where is this One UI 7 update already? I keep seeing all these TikTok videos of people showing it off. It's driving me crazy that it's not here in Australia yet. What's the hold up? Someone needs to spill the tea on this release date.
Those were of the beta which are unstable, or Tech channels who attended UnPacked. The holdup is because Samsung wants to release the S25 Series before Older Devices receive the update. Carrier Delays are due to carriers' speed in approving updates.
The beta program hasn't formally finished, though they're not taking new applications. Surprisingly, the beta has been quite stable, with everything working, that I could see.
In fact, the beta was missing a lot of the stuff shown with the S25 series.
At the end of the day, i quotient expect the S24 series, then earlier models to get it until around the end of February.
According to a few websites it might be comming out tommorow the 7th February but this is not official and I honestly don't have much faith in it comming tommorow but I do think it will come in February hopefully.🙏
