One UI 7 wifi issue

After installing one UI 7.0. I have had a lot of issues with slow wifi, whether that be loading browser pages, apps, in game loading connecting to servers etc, download updates for smart devices. It has all failed or not working at all. Unless I use my data. I have reset my network settings and my router etc all the obvious stuff. Definitely an issue only when I use my wifi which has never happened before.

I have found the fix, I have to disable igmp snooping. It must be due to some new security method in the new update not sure. But disable it on your router and it should work.

Same!  This whole update has been a bad experience for me.  I hate the new notification and settings swipe system. The search bar for my app folder has moved, and it annoys me, but now my Wi-Fi is almost worthless.  My wife used to use iPhones.  She made the switch to Samsung because of the usability and quality of the phones, but it seems like this new update is geared toward making the experience similar to the user interface on the competition's phones.  Someone needs to tell Samsung that we use their phones because they are different, and in most cases, they're better.  I have also experienced a significant drop in my battery efficiency.  I use my phone a lot at work, and I used to come home at the end of the day with about 50-60% battery life.  Now I'm lucky if my phone doesn't die before the end of the day.  Hopefully, the complaints on the community pages will get their attention.

Yeah man that ***, I noticed the weird copying of iPhones too. The welcome to one UI 7 was cringe lol looked like a fake iPhone. They already delayed this so much idk if they'll be listening to us

I have to agree with you. trying to look like apple.... since 7.0 UI I am having a very hard time with ATT wifi... ive done everything. i have tried to get samsung customer service to give me a gift card.... haha. excuse my poor grammar. however it seems this update has also removed the function to disable automatic updates..... i left it on, whats the worst that can happen? i was asking samsuung to connect me to IT department and gave permission to remove this update from my device. nope. so manual route i will go.... this is terrible

i was thinking try forgetting then reconnecting to your wifi network, but you already did a reset of network settings which does more... if that is a work-issued phone it's possible that their mobile device policy in the phone is now preventing wifi connection which you need them to fix

It's my own personal phone, it only started after the new update bro
