Any updates on when One UI 7 will be released in NZ for the S24 Ultra?

This is the response I got from samsung nz live chat

The rollout of One UI 7 already started 2 days ago. It will be distributed batch by batch. If the update is available you can receive a system generated text message stating that the update is available. We are requesting for your patience. Rest assured that all Samsung Galaxy devices will receive the latest software update.

I can not understand why Samsung NZ doesn't make some kind of statement on when this major update will happen. It's only good manners, why leave customers hanging like this?
I'm also an S24 ultra owner. Why the wait?
