Order shipping and trade in timeframe

I placed an order for a Galaxy S22+ on 1st May which included a trade in.  I've been advised the status of the order is "Preparing dispatch" and after it is shipped it will take 2 to 10 business days.

I wanted to find out how this impacts my trade in as I don't want to get hit with a mob deliver charge as I am required to send it back within 7 days. I've also not received the shipping label for this.

I got disconnected from the call due to high load.

Has anyone had any experience with an order being delivered after the 7 days windows of the trade in?
