Phone go onto safely stem UI mode

Anyone ran into issue that the S25 ultra suddenly went i to safely stem UI mode? I am unable to get out of it. Tried reset all. It worked but then 10mins later it has gone into the.mode again. Right now I restarted the phone and seems to be ok, but I am unable to change any setting for fear it will trigger it again. The phone also flashes kna nd off and then restart itself
