I can't offer a solution to this, but I would definately recommend sending an error report and pics if possible to Samsung, via the Members app.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

If you don't get a solution and are stuck with it you have nothing to lose by reverting to factory reset after backing up through Settings, Ba kup and Restore, using the Google option. When I did this for other reasons take a snapshot of the Home desktop and neighbouring screens so you can re-establish those links. I don't think this will work but probably worth a try.
Also Google the problem as there are usually more answers there..
Before doing this go back to the Community page and use the search icon top right and search for Fair Trading and TIO in case you think you have a warranty or not fit for purpose claim. Other commentators posts contain suggestions on the process. Note there are some government ba ked warranties that extend protection to more than a year.

It randomly appeared on my S21 Plus a week ago, tried all the recommended troubleshooting. Spoke to the online agent and they suggested sending for repair! I need my phone for work so cannot do this. They then suggested logging an Error Report..which I've done. So we shall see.
