Galaxy SI can't offer a solution to this, but I would definately recommend sending an error report and pics if possible to Samsung, via the Members app.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Galaxy SAlso Google the problem as there are usually more answers there..
Before doing this go back to the Community page and use the search icon top right and search for Fair Trading and TIO in case you think you have a warranty or not fit for purpose claim. Other commentators posts contain suggestions on the process. Note there are some government ba ked warranties that extend protection to more than a year.
