Problems with photos going grey

This is what happens after I take a photo. When I click on the preview button or try to access it through the Gallery, it turns grey with an exclamation mark in the middle.

Samsung have been no help. I have been to the store several times and no-one seems to know how to correct this.

Hi @dlcsam_123, what device are you using? Also, are your photos saved onto internal storage or on an SD card?

I would also suggest first checking that your phone and your gallery app are up to date.
