I am new to Samsung Galaxy and am very pleased with the overall phone, however, I keep experiencing random screenshots throughout the day, especially when I am navigating between apps or swiping up. It also occurs when I am driving and my phone is docked to my magnetic phone holder.
I do not have malware installed, palm swipe is turned off and I previously had enabled the double back tab feature on Registar, which I have since uninstalled due to the high sensitivity of that feature. After uninstalling Registar, I completed a settings reset, but this has not fixed the issue. Have I missed something?
I had to turn off tap to open or close (and with fingerprint on) as just putting the phone in my pocket triggered both tapping and fingerprint recognition and then read additional touching as menu selection.
Screenshots can be taken by several different actions. I suggest you google alternative ways to turn off screenshots and turn some options off.
You may even have on the option to take a screen shot by doing a full swipe across the display. to take a screen shot.
