RCS not supported anymore?

So I tried updating my S23 Ultra to One UI 7 and found out that first, Samsung Messages doesn't support RCS anymore. Second, Google Messages ALSO doesn't support RCS anymore? Any feedback on this? Thanks!

Try to reenable it or maybe restart your device or clear cache (or data) of the messaging app.

I already performed a factory reset.

Hi, I saw that you are using Globe as your carrier.

Note that Globe has diasabled RCS to address and stop spam messages.

Function has been disabled for Globe users.

RCS is not available for Globe subs.

So disappointing considering Smart still allows RCS.
