Hi, my husband and I both pre ordered and got the new s22 ultra phones. On the first day when you could apply for the redemption code, we both got on it straightaway that very morning. Mine was validated on the same day but I didn't receive the code until the 14th. From there on I had no problem applying the code and getting the travel offer.

My husband, on the other hand, is not getting what he wanted, thank you very much Samsung! Even though we applied for the codes at the same time, his redemption was validated on the 10th, then heard nothing! Numerous chats, emails and phone calls with the result he needed to wait, the promo code should be there in the next 48 hours - which it never did. It was finally approved on the 23rd! As soon as he received that code, he applied the code and selected the audio pack......only to get the message that an item was out of stock! In the end, he ended up choosing the travel pack, but only because he was pressured to choose something so he wouldn't miss out altogether!

This sad thing is, he really needed those buds as he'd sold his old ones to make way for the new ones. How could validation and delivery of promo codes be so out of place! He applied for it so early and still missed out!

Samsung, this is not fair at all! 

We understand there has been a high demand for these offers, but it's gut wrenching when you hear of others who applied for promo codes later than us and get their codes before you do. You feel cheated!

Also, is there any more stock incoming for the audio pack? If so, would my husband be able to swap the travel pack for the audio pack before it ships out?
