Remote Unlock

1. Go to "Find" app.

2. Go over the 3 dot menu. 

 

3. Go to Settings.

 

4. Go to Samsung Find Website.

 

5. Choose the device and voila!

 P.S My phone is not locked that's why it's showing "Lock". I believe same goes the other way.

No, that's unrelated. Now that I think of it, I believe I got the app when I switched to a specific CSC before, but I'm just not sure which one because I switch CSCs from time to time. No problem!    :)
