Running message across screen s25 plus

Has anyone noticed the notifications setting message which runs continually on the bottom left of screen s25. I've tried everything turn it off but it won't stop running

Also, try restarting your phone if it goes away. It might be a one-time glitch.

Ahhh that one. I don't think there's any setting to remove that.
