S10 update

Hi, can anyone help me? I'm using S10 but i cant seem to have the update from Android 9 to android 10 and my one UI version is just stuck to 1.1 .

I think you should download smartswitch in your laptop then connect your phone via USB cable. it will show you the update (ideally)

I did but it still says Your device software is up to date. Though my unit was bought abroad
