Hi,

I have a Huawei GT2 smartwatch which has call capabilities when bluetooth connected to a phone. When I got the watch I was able to connect the phone and the car bluetooth successfully and make  and receive calls on the car bluetooth fine with no interuption. There was an phone update that came last year and since then I can connect both devices, but it keeps asking me which device that I want to use for Bluetooth when making a call. This is annoying and unsafe when driving.

I have unpaired and re-paired on both devices, reset and reloaded both devices, but still no luck.

I can't seem to find a solution for this issue.

Hi @Nato77, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be raised to our research and development team. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

I'm unable to delete items from clipboard as I get a message which says "security policy prevents you from selecting this item". I have cleared data from storage in Samsung Messages in Apps but to no avail. Any suggestions?

I just cannot get any smartwatch to connect with Bluetooth. I've tried everything.
