I can't update the system to android 11. What do you think is the problem? What will I do?

It says, it's up to date but obviously, it's not.

May i see the screen shot of it and also screen shot about phone?

Try to do this check on samsung members app and go to Get help >Go to Phone care . It will automatically check if your phone has updates or etc.Screenshot_20210615-091823_Samsung Members.jpg

As for your concern, should your device be eligible for the Android 11 update, you may opt to install Samsung Smart Switch on your laptop/pc to be able to receive updates faster, and also to conveniently transfer files. Hope this helps. 😊

It says it is up to date. Maybe because my phone came from overseas. It is from AT&T. Sad that I can't update it ☹

update it via SmartSwitch on your PC.
Update may not be available via OTA but should be available in smartswitch.

Got my S10 updated with the latest patch using smartswitch20210612_103055_4003.jpg
