It has been 9 months since I bought thia phone. I was so excited on the first day but as time passes, it became very obvious to me that this phone was a big disappointment. It was so HOT, as in literally hot to the touch. Playing games? Watching videos? Videocall? You name it almost every activity whether it requires minimal processing power makes the phone so hot to the point that comfort is compromised.
This is a scam. Will never buy from samsung again.

What kind of help will this give me? The EXYNOS processor is the problem. If there is a solution, how about replacing my phone with the Snapdragon variant?
Try to hard reset your phone Sir minsan kasi software issue lang yan mga ganyan problem mga background apps lang yan. On my own experience Snapdragon and Exynos in comparison halos walang naman kaibahan. Mas lamang lang kunti ang gpu ng Snapdragon in terms of gaming kasi nga naka MALI gpu lang si Exynos pero mas lamang si Exynos in terms of processor performance.
