Samsung galaxy S8

Hi, i am a Samsung galaxy S8 user and the message(sms) tone doesn't work. When i go to the message settings i found out that 2 categories in my message settings has been deleted and i don't how it happened.

Is anybody here knows, what will i do to recover that deletes categories? Thank you.

It depends. I don't know what sms app you're using but as an example, in facebook messenger, in its setting, I disabled notifications if I was mentioned in chat. Since there is no need set anything regarding that (because as I said, O disabled it in the app), that category has been deleted. If I happen to enable it in app, then that category will be restored in settings.

It really depends on the app. Check between the in app settings and the settings in the settings app. Now that is a lot of settings in a sentence.

Thank you for your reply sir. It's SMS messages. Because when some emergency messages send to me. My phone don't have a sound for that emergency alert.

Punta ka sa settings tapos type mo emergency, una lalabas dun wireless emergency alerts. Separate setting yun exclusively for emergency alerts.
