S20 FE Ghost Touch Issue

Hi! I have this ghost touch issue on my S20 FE every time I am playing a game.  I've seen on youtube and google reviews who have the same issues. Is this really a hardware issue? I have already updated to latest UI and software hoping that this is just a software issue. But still the ghost touch issue is still there. I also did a factory reset but the issue still occurs. I have downloaded a screen test app and the ghost touches were really obvious. Does someone here in this community experiencing the same issue?

if I may, try using Smart Tutor first so that the support team can check your phone remotely first and if they can confirm it's a hardware issue, they'd advise you to go to a service center. but if you are near one already, you can directly bring it there as well. might really be a hardware issue.

Yep. I need to get a code by calling their number, right? the automated call said that their technicians are busy as of now. They will just return my call.

yep. the support folks will be the one to give you the code so they can access your handset remotely. maybe their having lots of support calls right now.
