My phone went wrong in August where the screen appeared green suddenly and it went back to normal after a few hours. However, a green vertical line appeared again on my phone all of a sudden last morning. Is it the software update causing it? Anyone has this problem too? 3 of my friends who using S20, S20 Ultra has this problem recently and Samsung Service Centre claimed that it is user's problem??

I'm not sure, currently there are 5 lines on my phone 2 green 2 purple 1 pink, and I'm changing to Iphone

Hello guys, I am also facing the same issue now. Suddenly, a green line appeared on the screen this morning. How did you guys resolve the issue? Is it worth replacing the display? Thank you!

Same problem here. Both me and my husband use samsung s20+ which we bought at the same time. We even update software to android 11 at the same time and suddenly his phone have a pink line while mine a green line! Super dissapointed. I hope samsung will take responsibility on this issue because it's obviously NOT our fault

Its a common problem since the software upgrade and Samsung not taking responsibility.

iam using samsung S20plus from 2020 oct 13 after updation 3days before 

i activated the (always on display) suddenly   a green line appeared between screen  never droped the mobile using a spigen hard case

I too have same issues. I JUST PURCHASED THE PHONE 4 MONTHS 4 MONTHS!!!!!! , Do u know what samsung customer service said due to your phone dont have warranty if u want to fix the sceen need to paid rm 1000+++, its obviously product issue samsung dont want to take responsibility and blaming the customer for buying a demo set at their couter. This is how samsung treat their loyal customers, if ur phone still have warranty encountered any issue pls dont hesitate to send back to samsung coz once your warranty is up samsung treat their customers like trash. This is my last time buy Samsung phone
