If warranty has ended, suggest you purchase a new phone as the repairs are quite costly.

Hi, u can try to do a hard reset or get into recovery mode and do a 'wipe cache partition ' option. I have same issues with my s20 plus and did the above , the green and white screen have not come on for almost a week. Hope it can help yours....😊
