So I just received my Samsung s20 plus now. They informed me that Samsung didn't approve to replace the screen for free. The customer service even tried also to re-evaluate my concern two times (2x) but Samsung just declined. The reason of Samsung why they declined, is because it is already beyond 7 days from the last update of my phone. Well honestly it's not even close to "beyond 7 days".
The time that I have the green line,, the next day I run immediately to Samsung care at SM MOA to report it. And after that they gave me an update after 4 to 5 days, which is not good! Then that's the time they mentioned to me that it is already beyond 7 days. My concern and question is, how come it is beyond 7 days when in fact its not! I called the Samsung hotline #425299, I raised my concern. They put me on hold then dropped the call 2x (two times).
This is so disappointing from Samsung. Why put care after to your company's name when you didn't care at all to your customer. I've been a Samsung user and loyal for more than 5 years but this kind of service is horrible. To fix this issue it will cost me Php 12,000. This is not even my mistake and I'm being charge for it. I think this will be my last Samsung purchased! It's just disappointing. I think, this is the best time to switch to apple for a better experience rather than experience this hassle again and take my money for something I didn't even do. Goodbye peeps! Enjoy!
PS: I was not even using my phone during the time/day that the green line appeared.

You should've wrnt to samsung care to check on your phone. Maybe you can get a luck for a free replacement of the lcd. Still, try to go to samsung care. From there you will now if they can cover the replacement or if they will ask you to pay for it.

I also have the same issue. It started na green line lang siya tapos after a month may pink line na din tapos ngayun may another pink line nanaman. Hindi talaga to fault natin kasi madami nagkaka issue na ganito eh and to think hindi naman nabagsak yung phone.

Same thing happened to my S20+. I was just scrolling when a green line appeared. I was really disappointed knowing that the quality didn't equate to the phone price. I also went to their service center and they said that this isn't a software issue. After what happened, I have decided to never buy a Samsung phone again. I hope Samsung can improve their phone quality and after sales service.

They really said that it is not a software issue? If not why a lot of users are having the same issue? They can even search it on google.
