last couple of days my S21 Ultra 5g is throwing up an annoying error message .. can be on youtube music, browser or typing etc and error pops up needing to dismiss before can use phone. the message res/layout/autofill_inline_suggestion.xml keeps stopping 

app info & close app choices on pop up do nothing .. was using samsung keyboard when 1st happened & changed to microsoft Swiftkey but same issue 

 

any help appreciated

Hi there, that's really strange. 

I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

These are best sent within 2-3 minutes of the next time the issue occurs to increase the likelihood of the report capturing the issue. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right

I had this problem and I fixed it by the following: 

Go setting then applications 

Write in search "pass"

Then it will appear samsung pass

To All samsung pass applications show to you do force close and delete updates and give to samsung pass permissions

That fixed my problem if it not fix to you try another board like Gboard

Thanks Zarco.. Will have a look at Samsung Pass but really strange as seems to have stopped (no pop up yesterday/today so far) ... all by itself (or more likely rogue app that updated last two days) Thanks for taking the time. Regards Paul

To all of you having the same problem, the one that worked for me is this method.

 

1 Open Settings

 

2 General Management

 

3 Samsung Keyboard Settings

 

4 Reset to default settings
