Just recently bought a Galaxy S21+, however, phone seems to restart automatically every morning. Error log shows when i launch the Samsung Members App. Tried all the troubleshooting steps (i.e. reset settings, factory reset, safe mode). Anyone have experienced this and how it was solved? Will this require a replacement of the phone itself?

Hey Mark! Yes auto-restart setting is turned off. And the phone restarting i believe is an error as a log is always created in the samsung members app.

Have you checked the third party apps installed in your device? How about clearing data cache? ðŸ¤”🤔🤔

Data cache is always cleared but the issue persists. Also tried to put the phone in safe mode and the phone still restarted automatically in the morning. 🤷🤷🤷

Maybe your phone is in auto restart. Please check it in Device care - click the three dots - click automation - and turn off auto restart at set times.

That's the first thing i checked after the issue started. It is turned off. Thanks anyway. Have wiped the cache partition using recovery mode and problem seems to have been solved.

Hi! Yes, first thing i checked yan. After wiping cache partition, umokay naman. Though may mga occasional forced restart pa rin. Wala pa time dalhin sa service center.
