Galaxy SHi @Muimuichai, that's strange. I have a few suggestions:
1. Settings > Apps > Ring > Clear storage/cache
2. Restart phone
3. Uninstall and reinstall app
4. Reach out to app developer for support as it may be a setting on their end.
5. Send us an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated the next time this occurs. These are best sent within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring to increase the likelihood of the report capturing the issue.
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
