Galaxy S

Hi, I have an S10(128g) with a 512gb SDcard that is heavily used.
I would LOVE to upgrade to a new Galaxy S 22...if it had the memory.
I have the money. I ned the smaller ize (dont what the size/weight of an unlttra)
But dont think I can live without the memory, and I dont like cloud options as Im often out of range/offline.
Since Samsung seems to have dropped SDCard suport after the S10 (I wish they didnt but...) I had hoped they would start to offer more memory options in the smaller sized phones.

What does Samasung suggest I do ?
Can someone explain why SDCard was taken away but more expansive memru options arent available...
And provide feedback that some of use would like a 512gb S22, even if it needs to be specially ordered and not generally retail available.

I agree I have s20ultra with 512mb sdcard. I won't buy a new phone now until decent memory is available at reasonable cost.

Samsung Australia sells a 1Tb version as an online exclusive. The smaller s22 ans s22+ maxes out at 256 gb. Screenshot_20220213-220453_Chrome.jpg

Hi there,

The Galaxy S22 range offers a variety of storage options. These include 128GB or 256GB options for the S22 and S22+ as well as 128GB, 256GB or 512GB and 1TB options for the S22 Ultra.

Unfortunately we don't have the largest storage sizes  for the smaller S22 model you're interested in.

We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process. Your interest has now been passed on internally to the relevant department.
