Can any one help? I have had my S21 Ulta for about 3 weeks now and since day one it has had bluetooth streaming issues. It continuously cuts out and beaks up. This happens in the car and on other devises like google home. Is this just a setting that I need to adjust? If it's not fixable I'll have to return the phone and I really want to do that.

Galaxy SHi there, I am sorry to hear about the experience you've had with your new phone. As mentioned above, the troubleshooting steps I recommend are:
1. Clearing Bluetooth cache in App settings
2. Resetting Network settings
3. Checking for firmware updates on your car/TV
If none of these help, you can send us an error report via the Samsung Members app. These error reports go to our research and development team for analysis. Once your report has been analysed, our team will get back to you with a response which can be viewed from the in-app notification bell.

Galaxy SI have a similar issue, Samsunsung Galaxy S22. The phone connects to the head unit for Calls and Contacts, but not Audio. I have deleted the connection on both the phone and head unit, reset network settings, cleared bluetooth cache and data.... Occasionally after this whole process it connects Audio once, but as soon as I turn the car off then back on, its back to the same issue.
I've just spent over an hour on the phone to a Samsung tech and have suggested they need to investigate the fault and fix it in an upcoming software update.
SAMSUNG, PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP AS ITS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!

Galaxy SIs there any fix at all for this issue?? 3rd phone, same issue! I have been a loyal Samsung customer but this is making me re-think which phone I will get next. Not keeping this one much longer.......will the S23 have this same issues??????? I mean, **bleep**?!?! I paid a lot of money for this phone - looks like I should be awarded a new S23 at no charge with all this issues with this one! How many miles and hours have I put into this S21?? I am sure it warrants a new S23

I am really sorry to hear you are that you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
