Hi Everyone,

It has been more than month since I lost my Samsung S21 Ultra, and I'm still disappointed with samsung security features 'til now, since lots of un-uploaded photos / memories is in that phone that I can no longer recover. Anyone here who has guideline on how to lock my lost phone? I still have the box.

For your reference on my frustration, I lost my phone last Sep. 19, 2023. I have password, and fingerprint password enabled, the device is also online and connected to my samsung account. In less than an hour I was able to call my phone to see if it is still working, and the one who found it was able to answer my phone - but did not answer my questions and request to return it. in that hour as well I tried tracking it using find mobile - (DEVICE LOCATION IS ALSO NOT ACCURATE!!! given that my phone has data, and I was unable to lock the phone since he was able to shut down my device just after my call as well. My phone has not been online since then, and now my device is no longer appearing in my find my device list.

In that day as well I tried reaching out to globe and told me that they also cannot lock my phone since I need to reach out to NTC first, and according to them NTC can only block the signal of the phone.

I also switched to Iphone as well because of this. hayyy Samsung!!!

Already checked my google account, and the last location of the device, last location niya is in a public place, so it looks like the one who got my phone is knowledgable. I just want to lock my phone so he can no longer use it as well, and since he already used it for more than a month already I'm thinking he already have his files in my phone already - and this will be my sweet revenge.

You may also try this way to Block stolen via IMEI.

That will happen If they crack or bypass the security of your phone. But maybe they can't go through to your data, unless they gain access to your gmail account. You may need to change password that you use in your stolen device.

Hello, if your phone is registered with a Google Account, you may lock it via Google's own Find Device app

Hi @hellomonday. Is there any progress in your stolen phone? Did you lock and Erase your date?
