Galaxy SI can not share the details of the outcome of the mediation, but I can say that the final result was worth it for me. Cost me just under 10k for the repairs.
Your milage might vary, but I'm happy with my newly repaired S21 ULTRA. Will keep it on standard refresh rate, HD screen resolution, and battery preservation mode unless I need it to do something intense once in a while. Hopefully this keeps the heat down and extends the life of this new screen.
It will be the back up to my S24 ULTRA which I hope lasts longer with it's big vapor chamber and fast screen.
To those who haven't complained to DTI yet about their green lines, please do so. It may change the policies of Samsung moving forward.

Galaxy SMy Samsung S21 Ultra has the same issue after the Software Upgrade. Went to Customer Service and they have created a jobsheet. Was following up with the support team, they have rejected this saying the free screen replacement is only for phones below 3 years and hence I need to pay 26K - customer has to bear the cost for a problem created by Samsung (with the software update)!!!!
