Went to SC and was told promo not available for S22 and S22+ model (as said in similar posts). Instructed us to make a report to HQ and send in device for diagnostic purposes.

Received a call few mins ago with the exact same answer from the HQ. Quoted with RM620.80 for LCD replacement, with 3 months warranty (only?). Also been told that there's no update on any upcoming info in regards of this whole situation zzz.

Has anyone had success with this issue so far? Already bought a new device, still looking to fix this one no matter what tho.

Yes S23. If issue occurs again with this device, def gonna switch. Been a Samsung user for the past 10yrs.
