S22 OneUI 6.0 Update in New Zealand

Does anyone have an estimate on when OneUI 6.0 is supposed to release in NZ for S22 users?

Most of the world already have received the update. There are people with 2 year old mid-range phones that have already gotten it and we've only just gotten the November 2023 security patch a couple days ago. OneUI 6.1 is already releasing next month supposedly.

It's an unlocked S22 Ultra model too. (SM-S908E) What's taking so long, Samsung? I wish the company would just push their updates at the same time in all regions. I can't see why it's so difficult for them to do so.

Update: Spoke to a Samsung rep and apparently it will release early next year. Great.

Sadly I have the same phone and I'm even seriously thinking of ditching Samsung and buying an IPhone and once that happens I would never buy Samsung phones again.

I don't blame you honestly, the lack of timely software support is not a good look for the company.

Same had enough of Samsung to be honest, even apple they both charge to much for their phone and basically their service is *** because they don't care because so many people buy their products now they think they can do what they want and people still buy their products.
There are other brands out there now that are just as good.

Too slow on updates in NZ, worldwide update to 6.0 say that they were completed internationally over a month ago.
Therefore, this is this late and slow false advertising, making their claims illegal.

Got told end of Q1 24 when I asked so don't hold your breath. Is not a good look and makes the argument for a pixel as the next phone stronger.
