I have the same problem, but I think it's more on the hardware issue. I have raised my concern with Samsung Chat Support. I've asked them if there are free LCD replacement here in the Philippines, like what they offered in India and Singapore. Based on their reply, there is currently no official update or memo regarding free screen replacements, though the issue has been raised with Head Office. Once an update is received, it will be shared on their official website. In the meantime, the screen can be checked and assessed by a Service Technician, and a pickup service can be arranged if I wish to proceed.
