S22 Pre-order Still Processing - Bad Service

Placed a pre-order on 16th Feb and received a  shipping date of 4th March. Today is 8th March and when I check my order status it shows that it is still processing. Is anyone experiencing this? Does it mean that my order has not been acknowledged?

For those who have received the RM800 e-voucher, what's the expiry date? I'm worried that I might not receive my package in time...

I have pre-ordered on Feb 10th, yet the status "awaiting parcel handover to DHL". I think it is not fair when other people start to use their e-voucher, but us who bought directly from Samsung receive the voucher late, resulting product that we want sold out. I really hope this will not happen. And I also hope to receive the phone ASAP. The delivery is very very slow, very very disappointing.

Just got my s22 ultra yesterday. Pre order midnight on Feb 10th using shopee. They're using ninjavan for delivery to Sabah and tbh the delivery is quite slow. Luckily my phone arrive safely but it just came with the phone, e voucher and lucky box wide strap. They said that the silicon cover and LAMY twin pen will be delivered by end of March

Shoppe is faster than Samsung itself (facepalm). May I know what is the e-voucher expiry date? It's the RM800 one right?

Feel bad for u mate. Samsung is just.. 🤦🏻. Btw the RM800 e-voucher is valid from 23rd Feb until 30th March. Hope yours arrive soon ✌🏼

RM800 e-voucher site got no S22 Ultra cases at all. Seems all models are "out of stock". Left with expensive Watch4 Classic, Star Wars strap, Disney strap, craps etc.

omg... i was planning to buy galaxy buds pro with the e-voucher.... can we even use the voucher for that?😥
