Galaxy SPlaced a pre-order on 16th Feb and received a shipping date of 4th March. Today is 8th March and when I check my order status it shows that it is still processing. Is anyone experiencing this? Does it mean that my order has not been acknowledged?
For those who have received the RM800 e-voucher, what's the expiry date? I'm worried that I might not receive my package in time...

Galaxy SSame situation here. I ordered on 15th Feb the order should arrive 4th March. The order status show dispatched since 28th Feb 2022. Now its 8th March and the tracking shows DHL is still waiting for parcel handover.
If Samsung could inform us for the delay would be better than just act like nothing happened.

Galaxy SHaven't gotten mine either.
Still stuck at "Preparing Order" status.
Placed order on 12th Feb with status, PRE-ORDER  Ships: 04 Mar 2022.
Big bold statement by Samsung:
"SHIPPED ON THE PRE-ORDER SHIPPING DATE"
Same old responses from Support (many live chat sessions done).
It's not the support's team fault, but there seem to be no escalation to their logistics team to expedite etc.
Or at least nothing has changed.
Samsung's Response:
Same like others:
Delivery will be from 3rd till 23rd March.
No specific E.T.A. provided.
Location of warehouse cannot be disclosed.
0 compensation offered for late promised shipment.
Cannot change colour / change package / cancel order.
I won't buy Samsung again, ever.

Galaxy SI know right.. this is so ridiculous.. I feel like they just wanted to get rid of the watches that they have more supply over demand.. it's either they benefit from people not spending the voucher or they benefit from people coughing up another RM600... either way they benefit.. I was like wah so good got RM800 voucher.. in the end just scam.. I asked their live chat if there's any plan to restock the buds but they do not even know the answer.. if they only restock the buds after 30th March then this solidifies my suspicion.. in my honest opinion, Samsung should extend the expiry if it's going to take longer to restock the buds.. and make announcement on when it is going to restock.. otherwise I just feel like they give vague answer so that they can avoid answering and get away with purposefully not restocking the buds..

Galaxy S(sigh) causing their customers so much stress and frustrations.. I guess big corporates like Samsung just doesn't care about their customers at all.. they just want profit..

Galaxy SHi, I placed my order on 25-Feb and shipment expected to begin from 28-Mar onwards but I never receive any updates from Samsung until now. Really disappointed with their service; email no answer, careline agents always engaged. The worst experience I have ever had!
