S22 ultra background noise on calls

Was wondering if anyone knew how to turn noise cancelling on a normal call without using headphones.
When i am on just a normal call (handheld) the person on the other end complains that the background noise is really loud. Like it picks up birds in the background really loudly. I am not sure if this is a microphone issue or something i need to change. I have googled but cant find any settings or options.

I have the S22 Ultra too so have played around with sound settings. Have you tried out 'Adapt Sound', which is in Settings-->Sound quality and effects--Adapt Sounds. If not, give it shot hopefully you'll find a setting that's better for you.

Would this not be for my hearing though? I am wanting to sort the microphone so the person on the other end doesnt hear like birds loudly. The microphone seems to pick up the background noises really noisily i want to cut that out

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

In WhatsApp calls, there used to be an icon through which you could choose whether you wanted noise cancellation on, standard, etc.

 

After the UI update, I was hoping that my problem would be solved, but there is still no such option for either WhatsApp calls or Google Meet calls.

 

The people on the other end still hear a lot of loud noises, especially when I'm using my Buds Pro 2.
