Galaxy SHi there,
I ordered the S22 Ultra between 20th to 22th of Feb and received the device on 4th of Mar as anyone in Australia.
I redeemed the gift on 5th of Mar.
Can I understand why Samsung said that I'm not eligible for the bonus because of the date of purchase?

Galaxy SHi @Alosh, that's strange. Given the date you've cited, you should still be eligible for the bonus gift if you purchased from a participating retailer.
Please ensure the date you've entered is earlier than March 4 and matches your proof of purchase.
If you are still having issues, please send through an email with the following details for me to look into.

Details: Proof of purchase, screenshot of error message, redemption email, name, number.
