Hi there,

 

I ordered the S22 Ultra between 20th to 22th of Feb and received the device on 4th of Mar as anyone in Australia. 

I redeemed the gift on 5th of Mar.

 

Can I understand why Samsung said that I'm not eligible for the bonus because of the date of purchase?

Hi, make sure on your "Proof of Purchase" documents it states the phone was purchased before 4/3/22 and use this date when submitting your gift redemption. Like you I pre-ordered well before the 4/3/22 but didn't receive the phone until after this date. However the date of purchase on my "Proof of Purchase" document (I brought my phone through Vodafone) states the phone was purchased on 3/3/22. This is the date I used.

Hi @Alosh, that's strange. Given the date you've cited, you should still be eligible for the bonus gift if you purchased from a participating retailer. 

Please ensure the date you've entered is earlier than March 4 and matches your proof of purchase.
