BAKIT PO AYAW MACLICK NG MESSAGE SA MISMONG MESSENGER KAHIT ANONG RESET KO AYAW TAS INUNINSTALL KO NA 4 TIMES WALA TALAGA NAKAKAPANIBAGO ANG SAMSUNG DI AKO SANAY. NAG FORCE STOP AT NAG CLEAR DATA AT CACHE NA DIN AKO.

Hello JaspherPat,

If you are trying to open the messenger from a Facebook Lite app, then there will be compatibility issues. Please try to install messenger lite as well.

Also, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

Having the same problem too since 23rd of November. Re installed, clear cache wala talaga. I'm using S21ultra. After the update nung UI 5.0 nagloko na si Messenger.

Sabi **bleep** sa customer service sa messenger update daw yon, maski sa ibang samsung store nagkaka ganyan na problema pala talaga ngayon. Ang buggy kasi ng messenger

So maghintay na lang tayo sir ng re update ni messenger? 😅 pero yung messenger sa s10 ko ayus naman. Kaya naiinis ako somehow. Ngayon lang ako nagka problem kay Samsung.
