Hey guys,

Who's planning to trade in their S22 Ultra in exchange of the recently released S23 series? Do you think it will be worth it? I recently purchased mine and it's been only month. Purchased this for 80k and I think the actual trade in value online is half its price. 🥹😅

Waiting for your insights!

Honestly, it's not. If you check supersaf's and Danny Winget's camera comparison they're almost identical except for the details in the 200mp photos when zoomed it. Also the video quality has improved in terms of stability in super steady and clarity with the 8k 30fps. Other than that and the new boxy design, it's almost the exact same phone.

Waiting another year will surely be better with the upcoming snapdragon gen 3 chip which would be more optimized and the replacement of the telephoto and periscope sensors and hopefully camera.

I see. I might wait for the next series then. Thanks for sharing this!

Trade-in is not working anyway. I have 2 contracts already with bolttech for the buy back. The 6 digit code returned by the Blancco app is always invalid. I have been trading in my phones year on year from Note 7/S7+

Thanks for the heads up. I'm unable to do so online since my post code is not a valid address for the trade in. Any idea if this can be done in store?

I think me too. Skipping one series isn't gonna be so bad, right?

The  major problem I have with my s22 is the battery and battery life... the battery doesn't not like just any type of charge it wants the right one and the battery life has dropped very noticeable from holding 3 days of charge to just 1 or less.  I was using and older samsung charger I use for a tablet but even that seems to cause a bit of charging issues minor issues it also had a strange loading stuttering issues with loading and buffering has gotten much less noticeable to this the point but maybe uses more power because of that. I think it's gone basically. The apps I try to reinstall to like not like it either which was never a problem with my older phones samsung included could be my settings which could be my lack of using newer Samsung devices but it is somthing I never had to deal with beforehand.
