I'm wondering if anyone else is having the issue of their S22 Ultra randomly vibrating?

I'm experiencing a faint vibration when using the phone quite often. There are no notifications when this happens and seems to occur randomly. Each vibration is just maybe 1 second long and can occur multiple times a minute, sometime not at all in the minute. Happens while using various apps, eg while in snapchat, messenger, in the gallery etc. But also happens when on the home screen and doing nothing.

I already have notification reminders set to off. The nice catch up doesn't display anything vibration wise when this occurs. Phone software up to date. Error report send on 21/6 with no response.

If anyone else has experienced this and knows how to help that would be amazing.

I'd say some of your apps might somehow be connected to the haptic and using it at random times. There's a developer setting called sensors off (developer settings> developer tiles> enable switch for sensors off> it should appear in the quick menu) that should help otherwise I'm not sure 🤷🏽

Hey @skanoz, that's strange.

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
