S22 Ultra Seal / NO NTC STICKER

Hi. I purchased my S22U last Oct 20, 2022 at Samsung SM Marikina. Just to clarify, I was an iPhone user before so I don't know anything about these things. First, the agent opened the box infront of me and the unit does not have the NTC Sticker. Also if you see the images below, it seems that my box has a previous seal that is placed under another seal. Please help me out if my unit was opened before I purchased it. Some say that my unit may be refurbished. I don't want to pay for a refurbished unit for a brand new price. Thank you.

I bought my S22 Ultra 2 days ago from a Samsung store and seeing this post made me realize that mine did not have the NTC sticker too.

I checked my warranty status online as well as the NTC Approval in the About Phone page - all good (warranty is active + phone is NTC Type-Approved).

I also texted the store regarding my situation and they said that it's okay. You may also check in with the store for assurance.

The NTC sticker usually attached to the plastic back cover of the phone, try to check in your box. Samsung don't usually refurbish phones especially the new units, in this case S22 Ultra no less. Maybe upon setup in the store, its was removed. But for your assurance, take your phone back to the store and have it checked.

Upom setup when I bought it? No. I was there upon the opening and activation.

You may also check if your phone is NTC approved.
Go to Settings>About Phone>NTC Approval.

I have that sir. Pero what bothers me is why the box has a seal underneath the seal and no ntc sticker at the back? Also, I bought it at Samsung Store SM Marikina. Since I purchased it there, should they have their own receipt under the name "Samsung"? My receipt is under Memo Xpress.

I got it from MemoExpress.
Take your phone and its box back to the store and clarify that to them, since most samsung phones comes with nTC stickers.
