S23 pre-order vouchers

Last Feb. 5, I pre-ordered S23 ultra, kaso ung mga vouchers na sabing pwedeng gamitin daw like ung "Welcome1000" and GALAXYS23U" eh laging nageerror sa checkout, parang "You cannot redeem this code" or "Code is invalid" something, pero i pursue parin since need ko na palitan itong 4yr lowrange phone ko. Then napapansin ko sa fb group na ung iba nagagamit nila ung vouchers/codes. Super nanghihinayang ako sa vouchers kasi need ko ng 45w charger and screen protector. I hope mabigyan ako sa pick-up store for free, or kahit ung Welcome1000 nalang to purchase accessories online.

Better ask Samsung Experience Store, they might have different way to purchase?

mukhang di mo mkkuha kasi online exclusive siya ska yung warehouse mismo mag ppack ng pre-order mo pag dating sayo nka box siya kung ano yung purchase mo.

ok i read it again. i know what happen same scenario pala tayo. upon checking out sa next step mo after the device dun ka mismo ppili sa selected items only. nag error din sakin kasi pinili ko yung wireless charging na hindi pla siya selected sa evoucher.
so inulit ko na ang available lang sa evoucher is lahat ng case sa selected device, 25 & 45 watt & screen protector lang. after choosing worth 5k mag ttop up siya sa total purchase thats the time ienter yung evoucher code GALAXYS23U

Knowing that some got free watch aside from free upgrade is unfair. I pre ordered via samsung experience store and until now I havent received any e voucher as advertised by pre ordering S23 Ultra. Contacted the samsung already but still havent got a reply. Haaaaaist
