The beta only started last week in Korea, USA and Germany.
Further more, Samsung stated at SDC24 that the next Galaxy devices (safe to say the S25 series) would be the first devices to launch with it.
So I would think February or March, maybe.
As for Samsung hating it's customers because Australia isn't in the beta program, that extremely ridiculous.
While it's unfortunate we don't have access, the fact of the matter is, Samsung's beta program covers all devices around the world, with the 7 or 8 countries that do participate in the program.
