Galaxy SAsk lang mga ka Sammy I've been using this S23 Ultra since Feb 2023 wala naman prob pero nun nag factory reset ako last week. I encountered so many problems like RCS is not working still in settin up, tapos samsung members, galaxy store, Litmatch and Spotify I need to turn on my data pa to connect to the app, kahit naka wifi nawawalan na ko ng gana to use samsung. :(

Bat ka nag factory reset kung wala naman pala problema?

Kasi prior to resetting the device may prob na. Hindi na nagloload ang apps via wifi, I need to open cellular svcs pa para magconnect. So i talked to samsung did a troubleshooting that leads to resetting pero still encountering problems.
