Especially when in outdoor, it didn't auto adjust to brighter level

Oh.. u need to turn off auto brightness, in order to maximise the brightness to 1750 nits.

Are you kidding me? I'm pretty sure this is a bug, extra brightness is just a optional feature. In the normal range of brightness, for sure is more than enough in the normal luminous Flux environment when at outdoor. The Adaptive brightness is not intelligent enough to manage the screen brightness. Absolutely is a bug

Then I am not sure whether ur Adaptive Brightness is not working fine for u. Even though my ZF3 max brightness is 1200 nits, it's very visible out in the sunny environment.

U may need to have it inspected at the service centre in that case.
