Anyone faced the issue of S23 Ultra power button not functioning out of the blue? Have done all software check. Seems like a hardware issue on a new phone
Ah okay.. so recently, the power button started not functioning as it should.. in that case, I suggest u make a visit down to the service centre to have it inspected. Do backup all ur data using Smart Switch, prior to the visit, as every repair will require u to factory reset ur phone on the spot before they take in for repair, due to their policy.
Yes 6 months in my power button is very intermittent and can need multiple and l mean dozens of times pressing before screen will activate- renders the phone useless though - also got a crack in the LED just above the button - wasn't dropped this happened before the power button stopped working effectively, so assume its connected
