Hi, just noticed an issue with the video stabilization vibrating/buzzing while taking a video while walking. It makes the camera shake vigorously for a second and ruins the shot. This was the first time i took a vacation out with the family and my first chance to take many long videos.

My S23U works well in video. Like, it helped stabilized the scene while I was walking in about 20meters video shot. Impressive. Something is wrong with your phone's camera lens. Have you dropped hard your phone?

No, i did not drop it or handled it roughly. It has been in its case since day 1.

Yes, i understand the purpose of the image stabilization.

I am just noticing this issue now that i had the chance to take longer videos and while walking around while filming.

Meaning, the vibrating video and buzzing during your video shot, come and go at any juncture of your shooting?

I think this phone is still under warranty. You have to visit the Samsung Authorized Center which is operated by different contractors. If the phone needs to be opened, you really have to choose which ASC to handle your expensive phone.

Sad case. That's brand new.

Yes, it ruins the shot. It occurs anytime during filming. Tried to upload the video here but could not.

I have submitted a report to samsung care and will go to their physical store tomorrow.

Have you found solution for dis one? I also have this problem in my main Camera. It only happens at certain angle when I move to the right in upward motion.

Unfortunately, customer service tried to clear and update the software but issue remains. They have to open it and replace the camera. Although it is covered by warranty, I am still having second thoughts of having them open it because the seal and internal connections will not be the same as those from the factory..
