Hi #Samsung ive pre ordered an item on jan 18, afterwards i received the order confirmation and it captured a different barangay but the post code is correct. I reached out to cs livechat and phone cs and they mentioned that they escalated my concern to the proper department. I received only one response via email that they have submitted the request and thats it. Ive been following it up until now but no luck. The status of my order now is awaiting dispatch and it shows online " get by 25/01/24". Im wondering what will happen to my order. This is a really frustrating experience.

Hi. Have you tried reaching out again through their chat or phone support? The best way to get an update about concerns like yours is through those channels. But let's hope one of the moderators in this community would notice.

Multiple times. they just answered it was escalated and someone will get back to me. But no one does. #Samsung

Based on experience, the delivery personnel will call on the day your item is scheduled to be delivered. That is to confirm your address. If they said it has been escalated already, then probably the courier has been informed about the discrepancy on the delivery address. It is best to keep your lines open and make sure to answer their call.

Thank you. How about the delivery date? Dyou have an idea? It shiws get by jan 25 but still awaiting dispatch and no email it has been shipped
