Galaxy SI have been a long time Samsung user and have always loved the product. But this experience made me rethink.
I pre-ordered my S25 Ultra Black (Online Exclusive) on Feb 13, 2025. The website says it will be available for store pick-up on Mar 28 which is a good 1.5 months. Just today, March 19, Samsung called me and said it will be delayed due to 'having issues with the stocks' that the delivery is 'estimated' to be in mid-April.
Why do I have to wait for 2 months for a phone? This is not TESLA.
Also, I reached out to the customer service team, and they are all TERRIBLE!!! WORST experience ever. Not only did they not understand my requests, but they made me feel I am begging for my phone.
IF MY PHONE IS NOT AVAILABLE WITHIN 2 MONTHS FROM MY PRE-ORDER DATE, PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER AND I DEMAND A REFUND.
I AM SWITCHING TO APPLE.

Galaxy SAnd don't worry, upon receiving your s25 ultra you'll encounter more of an annoying app problem that the CS can't resolve for you. The toggling off by itself of your messenger pop up message.
