From s10+, s21U and s22U, it was always a good experience in pre ordering with such bundles that they offer that comes with pre order promo. But, this time with s23U, I am pretty disappointed. The freebies and vouchers mentioned when I pre ordered was not provided by the store when I claimed the device and was casually told that there was no freebies and such. Never again will I pre order in a samsung experience store and will opt for online next time.

I pre-ordered via samsung experience as well but able to received the voucher code worth 3k via email to purchase online and Samsung powerbank after I claimed the device. Did you perhaps use the same email you registered when pre ordering via store?

Chaotic transactions/order indeed. I just close my eyes and stay calm 🤐. I will take whatever our City Samsung Experience Store gives me for my pre-order. In fact, they required a 3k deposit, maybe it's the same condition nationwide. I want the pricey Samsung S23-ultra than any other brand phone. My fault, my weakness, bitter pill to swallow. Afterall, things, like anything we experience in the world now, is not the same. PATIENCE.
